Baked these: Orange & dried fig brownies.

September 26, 2016June 12, 2017 | Emma

Last weekend I dreamed about brownies & baking brownies & eating brownies. Brownies are just so good. Moist and chocolatey and delicious. I know you want brownies now. Continue reading →

So if you are a regular reader of the blog or follow me on Instagram where I’m filling your newsfeed with daily updates of what I’m eating, you’ll know I become obsessed with things. Continue reading →

A love for Grandma Marie’s date scones.

August 20, 2015April 25, 2017 | Emma

This weekend I’m hoping to make some mediocre date scones. I’m going to follow my grandmother’s recipe, I’ll wrap them in this tea towel and I’ll enjoy them with a more than generous spread of butter. Continue reading →

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
