I finally watched That Sugar Film.

August 27, 2015March 22, 2016 | Emma

I’ve been tossing up on watching this film. You see, I value my Mac so I don’t want to be put in an opportunity to need to throw it against the wall, so I’ve been apprehensive. I know what the anti-sugar campaigners are like, and I just don’t believe that demonising specific nutrients is a positive approach to health. Continue reading →

Monday was a great day. I started my little job at Melbourne Grammar teaching the year nine students about healthy meals and snacks. If you were lucky to be in the world’s most liveable city, you were blessed by an absolutely marvellous Continue reading →

My friend Jamie and his Food Revolution.

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
