July rambles: turmeric, tahini and turning orange.

July 2, 2017July 3, 2017 | Emma

It’s been a while in between posts. A long, but super quick while it seems. Right now I’m just wanting to share with you the things that are happening in my kitchen right now. If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll see tahini, turmeric, eggs, and plenty of green and orange vegetables. Continue reading →

Food and the little things I am loving right now.

May 5, 2017May 8, 2017 | Emma

I’m a big believer in the small & little things. I have this beautiful little bowl I picked up from kikki.K years ago – it says ‘enjoy the little things’, and is the perfect size for greek yoghurt + fruit. To me the little things make life that wee bit better; Continue reading →

3 steps to building a healthy breakfast.

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
