A birthday baked potato bar.

February 26, 2017April 25, 2017 | Emma

It’s Sunday and I’m sitting in my lounge room watching Gilmore Girls. (I assure you I have moved since my toast this morning.) I’ve been a bit erratic with my postings on here. Likely due to life. Continue reading →

Cook this: Pork and fennel meatballs

February 11, 2017May 16, 2017 | Emma

A while back, in my Melbourne days (as if I am so old), I was introduced to The Meatball & Wine bar. For me meatballs weren’t really a thing, not for any reason really, we just didn’t grow up on them. I still remember my first balls. Continue reading →

How to make a fruit christmas tree

December 16, 2016April 25, 2017 | Emma

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
