September 10, 2016April 25, 2017 | Emma

Breakfast. Now breakfast, that is my religion. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and dinner, everyday, if I could.

When it comes to breakfast, ideally we should be enjoying something that is healthy, that will keep us full, give us the energy to power us through the morning and of course, taste delicious. Continue reading →

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
