For the love of toast & all things grainy.

September 3, 2015April 25, 2017 | Emma

I’m really starting to understand my clients when they say they just really love bread. For the first time, like, ever, I finished a loaf of bread without the need to put it in the freezer (which, let’s be honest, is rarely ever finished). Continue reading →

Happy Healthy Bones Action Week lovelies!

As much as I love dairy foods, I can appreciate that they are not for every one. Bowels, taste buds, preferences – we are all different. Continue reading →

5 common myths about dairy products.

July 31, 2015April 25, 2017 | Emma

Don’t be in the dark about mushrooms. Or Mushroom foraging.

Hello!

My name is Emma and I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Western Victoria.

I am talk-your-ears-off passionate about food and nutrition. I am a strong advocate for a balanced eating pattern - packed full of fresh, whole food paddock-to-plate goodness, enjoyed with a healthy side of moderation.

Breakfast is my religion, peanut butter is a pantry essential and I would prefer to spend money on shoes than ‘superfoods’.

My blog is a mixture of food, nutrition and reflections on the simple (and often food-related) things in life.

Enjoy, Emma xo.
